Cozens is proud of having formed a Black Empowerment arm, Cozens Manamela & Associates (Pty) Ltd in 2003, in line with its directors’ objectives of making previously disadvantaged employees within its organisation shareholders in the company. The Cozens Group has eight branches strategically placed across Gauteng and two in the Western Cape, which make the company accessible to its wide client base and its candidates. The Permanent Division specialises in placing staff across the board, from senior executives to entry level employees. While, the Casuals Division are leaders in the management of temporary staffing and recruit for all categories, from employees for bulk projects to candidates who have to meet personalised requirements. Cozens also consults on specialised contract needs.
