Terms & Conditions
About contracts - All contracts entered into by and with Topco Media (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2007/002190/07), here on referred to as ‘The Company’ or ‘Company’, are subject to the following terms; and conditional to the provisions of the sales contract. The client signature on this document constitutes an irrevocable and binding contract with The Company.
How do I pay? – Following completion and return of the order form, full payment is required within 5 (five) working days from date of signature. Payment must be made in South African rands. Cheques are acceptable but subject to terms.
What if I cancel? – All cancellations must be confirmed in writing and delivered to us by registered post. Cancellations made 21 (twenty one) days prior to the start date of the conference will generate a 50% cancellation fee of their contractual amount. Cancellations made 20 (twenty) days prior to the start date of the conference generate a 100% cancellation fee of contractual amount.. Regrettably no refunds will be made for cancellations received less than 2 weeks (fourteen days) prior to the start of the conference. A substitute delegate may attend at no extra cost.
Copyright etc – Copyright subsists on all materials produced or distributed by The Company in connection with this conference and any unauthorised duplication, event or distribution is prohibited.
Disclaimer - While every reasonable effort is made to adhere to the advertised conference, The Company reserves the right to make changes in any manner or form it deems necessary without penalty. In such situations no refunds, part refunds or alternative offers shall be made. Should a conference be cancelled for any reason whatsoever and provided it is not postponed to a later date nor is merged with another conference, the Client shall receive a credit note for the amount the Client has paid to such a permanently cancelled conference, valid for up to one year to be used for another Company conference.
Warrantees - The client agrees that no representation or warrantees were made to him/her other than those specified in this document either expressly or tacitly.
