- All category tick boxes must be ticked for the category or categories you wish to enter.
- Make sure you take your time over your entry form and double check that all the contact details are correct.
- Please keep information brief and readily understood.
- Motivations should not to exceed 1000 words
- A separate, relevant motivation should be completed for each category entered.
- Entry forms that include answers that are much less than the word limit are very unlikely to be considered.
- If there is missing info or lack of information for the entry form and motivation, you will be contacted immediately with a written request to complete the documents.
- Please ensure not to use press releases, news articles or testimonials as a motivation.
- Supporting documentation that is not accompanied by a motivation will not be read.
- Stick to the point and avoid waffle.
- Entry forms will not be considered if they are not complete.
- An entry form is only seen as complete if all the questions have been answered, the motivation has been submitted and the entry form has been signed.
- Entry forms may be faxed, couriered or e-mailed.
- A confirmation letter will follow 48hrs after receiving entry form.
